On paid plans your allowance is counted per billing month — the window resets on your renewal day, not on the 1st. On the Free plan it is 3 Secure Shares per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Two things to know about how usage is counted: shares still count toward the allowance after they expire or are deleted, so removing a share does not free any up; and credentials submitted into your Secure Requests count against your allowance, not the submitter’s. If you reach the limit you can purchase additional Secure Shares at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing shares remain accessible either way.

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Solo, Basic, Plus and Business all include a 14-day free trial, on both monthly and annual billing, and no card is required to start it. Enterprise is not part of the self-serve trial — talk to us and we will arrange an evaluation. As set out in our Terms, the trial is for first-time subscribers: if you have subscribed before, billing starts immediately on a new subscription or renewal.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing: you pay for the full year upfront and get 12 months for roughly the price of 10.
