Worked Workflow Walkthroughs
Three common workflows, one decision at a time
See how customer collection, contractor access and a safe diagnostic fit together before you run one for real.
Follow the workflow, one decision at a time
These are educational click-through walkthroughs, not recordings of the live product or a simulated production interface. No credentials, forms or API calls are involved.
Step 1 of 5
Approve the access
Start with one authorized onboarding or support task. The customer system owner approves the minimum scope, environment and access end point. Do not ask for a production administrator password when a limited staging credential will do.

1. Approve the access
Start with one authorized onboarding or support task. The customer system owner approves the minimum scope, environment and access end point. Do not ask for a production administrator password when a limited staging credential will do.
2. Prepare the collection route
In the approved CredenShare team context, prepare a request for the information needed. Check the collection form and response lifetime separately. Save the private access material through the approved protected route.
3. Send the right link
Give the verified customer the Collect link, not the private Access link. Explain the task and tell them not to reply with the value. A logo or unexpected message does not by itself establish that the request is authorized.
4. Receive and acknowledge
Use a separate disposable submitter session. Submit training data only. The operator who created the request opens it for the approved task and acknowledges receipt using the case reference, without echoing the credential.
5. Close the two responsibilities
When the task ends, the system owner verifies source-access closure. The operator handles the request and response lifecycle separately. The ticket can retain the case and completion references without retaining the credential.
